We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, full keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive labels and headings, text alternatives for images, and respect for reduced-motion settings on your device.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link on every page
• Menus and the solution picker that work with a keyboard
• Animation that stops when your device asks for reduced motion
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA
• Pages tested with automated accessibility tools

Known limitations

The loan application is provided by a third party and may not meet every standard we hold this site to. If any part of the application is hard to use, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.
