Whether you’re adding a rental, refinancing a portfolio or bringing partners into a deal, I find financing that qualifies on the property and closes on your timeline, nationwide for business-purpose loans.
How I help
- Qualify on the rent. DSCR loans look at the property’s rent, not your tax returns.
- Close in your LLC with business-purpose programs.
- Short-term rentals and condotels that many lenders won’t touch.
- Bigger properties. Two to four units, five-plus units and mixed-use.
- Cash-out to fund the next purchase, and bridge loans when you need to move fast.

Situations I see often
- You’ve hit the conventional limit on financed properties.
- A flip turned out to be a better rental, and you want long-term financing.
- A short-term rental needs a lender that counts booking income.
- Your partners want to own through an LLC.

Questions
Can I close in my LLC?
Yes, on business-purpose loans such as DSCR. Most lenders ask for the LLC documents and a personal guarantee.
How many properties can I finance?
Conventional loans cap the number of financed properties; DSCR and portfolio lenders generally don’t limit it the same way.
Do you lend outside your licensed states?
Business-purpose investment loans are available nationwide where permitted.
